There is nothing I love more in this world than food – sourcing it, cooking it, talking about it, eating it and writing about it consumes my world. With a background in food communications and more than a few dabbles at the stove, I have combined my two great loves into a career in food writing, recipe development and cake making. I have written two cookbooks, with my first children’s food focused picture book due to be released in late 2017.


I specialise in book and communication projects for chefs, restaurants and clients across the lifestyle sector; particularly in the concept development and writing of cookbooks.
